15         On page 6, line 30, after 400.497(1).

17   insert:  The licensed home health agency or licensed nurse
18  registry shall ensure that the home health aide employed by or
19  under contract with the home health agency or licensed nurse
20  registry is adequately trained to perform the tasks of a home
21  health aide in the home setting.
