14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On lines 5-11, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 1.  Paragraph (a) of subsection (2) and
19  paragraph (a) of subsection (4) of section 784.046, Florida
20  Statutes, are amended to read:
21         784.046  Action by victim of repeat violence, sexual
22  violence, or dating violence for protective injunction; powers
23  and duties of court and clerk of court; filing and form of
24  petition; notice and hearing; temporary injunction; issuance;
25  statewide verification system; enforcement.--
26         (2)  There is created a cause of action for an
27  injunction for protection in cases of repeat violence, there
28  is created a separate cause of action for an injunction for
29  protection in cases of dating violence, and there is created a
30  separate cause of action for an injunction for protection in
31  cases of sexual violence.
