17         Section 2.  Florida Gulf Coast University School of
18  Engineering authorized; bachelor's degrees authorized.--
19         (1)  The Florida Gulf Coast University may establish a
20  School of Engineering, subject to approval by the Board of
21  Governors.
22         (2)  The School of Engineering at the Florida Gulf
23  Coast University may award bachelor of science degrees in
24  bioengineering, environmental and civil engineering, and
25  engineering management.
