19 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

21 | Section 1. Taye Brown Avenue designated; Department of |
22 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
23 | (1) That portion of New Kings Road between Division Street |
24 | and 25th Street in Duval County is designated as "Taye Brown |
25 | Avenue." |
26 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
27 | suitable markers designating Taye Brown Avenue as described in |
28 | subsection (1). |
29 | Section 2. Charles B. Dailey Parkway designated; |
30 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
31 | (1) That portion of the Haines Street Expressway between |
32 | Jessie Street and Eighth Street in Duval County is designated as |
33 | "Charles B. Dailey Parkway." |
34 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
35 | suitable markers designating Charles B. Dailey Parkway as |
36 | described in subsection (1). |
37 | Section 3. Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway designated; |
38 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
39 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between Finch Avenue |
40 | and Redpoll Avenue in Duval County is designated as "Johnnie Mae |
41 | Chappell Parkway." |
42 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
43 | suitable markers designating Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway as |
44 | described in subsection (1). |
45 | Section 4. Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway designated; |

47 | (1) That portion of Interstate Highway 4 in the vicinity |
48 | of mile marker 123 in Volusia County is designated as "Trooper |
49 | Darryl Haywood Highway." |

52 | described in subsection (1). |

96 | Section 10. African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor |

105 | Section 11. This act shall take effect July 1, 2005. |
