10David Hinson Parkway, and Officer Robert F. Grim, Sr.,
11Parkway in Volusia County; designating Dr. John M. Haile
12Memorial Boulevard in Marion County; designating Osun's
13Village and African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor in
14Miami-Dade County; designating Ralph C. Carter Parkway in
15Washington County; designating Henry Koerber Parkway in
16Walton County; directing the Department of Transportation
17to erect suitable markers; providing an effective date.

19Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
20
21     Section 1.  Taye Brown Avenue designated; Department of
22Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
23     (1)  That portion of New Kings Road between Division Street
24and 25th Street in Duval County is designated as "Taye Brown
25Avenue."
26     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
27suitable markers designating Taye Brown Avenue as described in
28subsection (1).
29     Section 2.  Charles B. Dailey Parkway designated;
30Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
31     (1)  That portion of the Haines Street Expressway between
32Jessie Street and Eighth Street in Duval County is designated as
33"Charles B. Dailey Parkway."
34     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
35suitable markers designating Charles B. Dailey Parkway as
36described in subsection (1).
37     Section 3.  Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway designated;
38Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
39     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between Finch Avenue
40and Redpoll Avenue in Duval County is designated as "Johnnie Mae
41Chappell Parkway."
42     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
43suitable markers designating Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway as
44described in subsection (1).
45     Section 4.  Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway designated;
46Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
47     (1)  That portion of Interstate Highway 4 in the vicinity
48of mile marker 123 in Volusia County is designated as "Trooper
49Darryl Haywood Highway."
50     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
51suitable markers designating Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway as
52described in subsection (1).
53     Section 5.  Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway designated;
54Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
55     (1)  That portion of International Speedway Boulevard
56between Nova Road and Beach Street in Volusia County is
57designated as "Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway."
58     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
59suitable markers designating Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway as
60described in subsection (1).
61     Section 6.  David Hinson Parkway designated; Department of
62Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
63     (1)  That portion of Nova Road between International
64Speedway Boulevard and George W. Ingram Boulevard in Volusia
65County is designated as "David Hinson Parkway."
66     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
67suitable markers designating David Hinson Parkway as described
68in subsection (1).
69     Section 7.  Officer Robert F. Grim, Sr., Parkway
70designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
71markers.--
72     (1)  That portion of Nova Road in the vicinity of Granada
73Boulevard in Volusia County is designated as "Officer Robert F.
74Grim, Sr., Parkway."
75     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
76suitable markers designating Officer Robert F. Grim, Sr.,
77Parkway as described in subsection (1).
78     Section 8.  Dr. John M. Haile Memorial Boulevard
79designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
80markers.--
81     (1)  That portion of East Silver Springs Boulevard, State
82Road 40, between East 11th Avenue and East 16th Avenue in the
83City of Ocala in Marion County is designated as "Dr. John M.
84Haile Memorial Boulevard."
85     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
86suitable markers designating Dr. John M. Haile Memorial
87Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
88     Section 9.  Osun's Village designated; Department of
89Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
90     (1)  That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 54th
91Street and N.W. 60th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated
92as "Osun's Village."
93     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
94suitable markers designating Osun's Village as described in
95subsection (1).
96     Section 10.  African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor
97designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
98markers.--
99     (1)  That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 36th
100Street and N.W. 79th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated
101as "African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor."
102     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
103suitable markers designating African Caribbean Cultural Arts
104Corridor as described in subsection (1).
105     Section 11.  Ralph C. Carter Parkway designated; Department
106of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
107     (1)  That portion of State Park Road at the entrance to the
108Falling Waters State Recreational Area between Joiner Road and
109Falling Waters Road in the City of Chipley in Washington County
110is designated as "Ralph C. Carter Parkway."
111     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
112suitable markers designating Ralph C. Carter Parkway as
113described in subsection (1).
114     Section 12.  Henry Koerber Parkway designated; Department
115of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
116     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 90 between Davis Lane and
117Old Airport Road in the City of DeFuniak Springs in Walton
118County is designated as "Henry Koerber Parkway."
119     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
120suitable markers designating Henry Koerber Parkway as described
121in subsection (1).
122     Section 13.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
