15 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

17 | Section 1. Taye Brown Avenue designated; Department of |
18 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
19 | (1) That portion of New Kings Road between Division Street |
20 | and 25th Street in Duval County is designated as "Taye Brown |
21 | Avenue." |
22 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
23 | suitable markers designating Taye Brown Avenue as described in |
24 | subsection (1). |
25 | Section 2. Charles B. Dailey Parkway designated; |
26 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
27 | (1) That portion of the Haines Street Expressway between |
28 | Jessie Street and Eighth Street in Duval County is designated as |
29 | "Charles B. Dailey Parkway." |
30 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
31 | suitable markers designating Charles B. Dailey Parkway as |
32 | described in subsection (1). |
33 | Section 3. Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway designated; |
34 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
35 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between Finch Avenue |
36 | and Redpoll Avenue in Duval County is designated as "Johnnie Mae |
37 | Chappell Parkway." |
38 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
39 | suitable markers designating Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway as |
40 | described in subsection (1). |
41 | Section 4. Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway designated; |
42 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
43 | (1) That portion of Interstate Highway 4 in the vicinity |
44 | of mile marker 123 in Volusia County is designated as "Trooper |
45 | Darryl Haywood Highway." |
46 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
47 | suitable markers designating Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway as |
48 | described in subsection (1). |
49 | Section 5. Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway designated; |
50 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
51 | (1) That portion of International Speedway Boulevard |
52 | between Nova Road and Beach Street in Volusia County is |
53 | designated as "Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway." |

57 | Section 6. David Hinson Parkway designated; Department of |

87 | Street and N.W. 60th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated |

92 | Section 10. African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor |

95 | (1) That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 36th |
96 | Street and N.W. 79th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated |
97 | as "African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor." |

101 | Section 11. Ralph C. Carter Parkway designated; Department |

110 | Section 12. Henry Koerber Parkway designated; Department |

113 | Old Airport Road in the City of DeFuniak Springs in Walton |
114 | County is designated as "Henry Koerber Parkway." |

118 | Section 13. This act shall take effect July 1, 2005. |
