| 15 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 16 |
|
| 17 | Section 1. Taye Brown Avenue designated; Department of |
| 18 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 19 | (1) That portion of New Kings Road between Division Street |
| 20 | and 25th Street in Duval County is designated as "Taye Brown |
| 21 | Avenue." |
| 22 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 23 | suitable markers designating Taye Brown Avenue as described in |
| 24 | subsection (1). |
| 25 | Section 2. Charles B. Dailey Parkway designated; |
| 26 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 27 | (1) That portion of the Haines Street Expressway between |
| 28 | Jessie Street and Eighth Street in Duval County is designated as |
| 29 | "Charles B. Dailey Parkway." |
| 30 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 31 | suitable markers designating Charles B. Dailey Parkway as |
| 32 | described in subsection (1). |
| 33 | Section 3. Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway designated; |
| 34 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 35 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between Finch Avenue |
| 36 | and Redpoll Avenue in Duval County is designated as "Johnnie Mae |
| 37 | Chappell Parkway." |
| 38 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 39 | suitable markers designating Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway as |
| 40 | described in subsection (1). |
| 41 | Section 4. Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway designated; |
| 42 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 43 | (1) That portion of Interstate Highway 4 in the vicinity |
| 44 | of mile marker 123 in Volusia County is designated as "Trooper |
| 45 | Darryl Haywood Highway." |
| 46 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 47 | suitable markers designating Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway as |
| 48 | described in subsection (1). |
| 49 | Section 5. Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway designated; |
| 50 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 51 | (1) That portion of International Speedway Boulevard |
| 52 | between Nova Road and Beach Street in Volusia County is |
| 53 | designated as "Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway." |
| 54 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 55 | suitable markers designating Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway as |
| 56 | described in subsection (1). |
| 57 | Section 6. David Hinson Parkway designated; Department of |
| 58 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 59 | (1) That portion of Nova Road between International |
| 60 | Speedway Boulevard and George W. Ingram Boulevard in Volusia |
| 61 | County is designated as "David Hinson Parkway." |
| 62 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 63 | suitable markers designating David Hinson Parkway as described |
| 64 | in subsection (1). |
| 65 | Section 7. Officer Robert F. Grim, Sr., Parkway |
| 66 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
| 67 | markers.-- |
| 68 | (1) That portion of Nova Road in the vicinity of Granada |
| 69 | Boulevard in Volusia County is designated as "Officer Robert F. |
| 70 | Grim, Sr., Parkway." |
| 71 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 72 | suitable markers designating Officer Robert F. Grim, Sr., |
| 73 | Parkway as described in subsection (1). |
| 74 | Section 8. Dr. John M. Haile Memorial Boulevard |
| 75 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
| 76 | markers.-- |
| 77 | (1) That portion of East Silver Springs Boulevard, State |
| 78 | Road 40, between East 11th Avenue and East 16th Avenue in the |
| 79 | City of Ocala in Marion County is designated as "Dr. John M. |
| 80 | Haile Memorial Boulevard." |
| 81 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 82 | suitable markers designating Dr. John M. Haile Memorial |
| 83 | Boulevard as described in subsection (1). |
| 84 | Section 9. Osun's Village designated; Department of |
| 85 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 86 | (1) That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 54th |
| 87 | Street and N.W. 60th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated |
| 88 | as "Osun's Village." |
| 89 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 90 | suitable markers designating Osun's Village as described in |
| 91 | subsection (1). |
| 92 | Section 10. African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor |
| 93 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
| 94 | markers.-- |
| 95 | (1) That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 36th |
| 96 | Street and N.W. 79th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated |
| 97 | as "African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor." |
| 98 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 99 | suitable markers designating African Caribbean Cultural Arts |
| 100 | Corridor as described in subsection (1). |
| 101 | Section 11. Ralph C. Carter Parkway designated; Department |
| 102 | of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 103 | (1) That portion of State Park Road at the entrance to the |
| 104 | Falling Waters State Recreational Area between Joiner Road and |
| 105 | Falling Waters Road in the City of Chipley in Washington County |
| 106 | is designated as "Ralph C. Carter Parkway." |
| 107 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 108 | suitable markers designating Ralph C. Carter Parkway as |
| 109 | described in subsection (1). |
| 110 | Section 12. Henry Koerber Parkway designated; Department |
| 111 | of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 112 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 90 between Davis Lane and |
| 113 | Old Airport Road in the City of DeFuniak Springs in Walton |
| 114 | County is designated as "Henry Koerber Parkway." |
| 115 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 116 | suitable markers designating Henry Koerber Parkway as described |
| 117 | in subsection (1). |
| 118 | Section 13. This act shall take effect July 1, 2005. |
