4Chappell Parkway in Duval County; designating Trooper
5Darryl Haywood Highway, Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway,
6David Hinson Parkway, and Officer Robert F. Grim, Sr.,
7Parkway in Volusia County; designating Dr. John M. Haile
8Memorial Boulevard in Marion County; designating Osun's
9Village and African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor in
10Miami-Dade County; designating Ralph C. Carter Parkway in
11Washington County; designating Henry Koerber Parkway in
12Walton County; directing the Department of Transportation
13to erect suitable markers; providing an effective date.

15Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
16
17     Section 1.  Taye Brown Avenue designated; Department of
18Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
19     (1)  That portion of New Kings Road between Division Street
20and 25th Street in Duval County is designated as "Taye Brown
21Avenue."
22     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
23suitable markers designating Taye Brown Avenue as described in
24subsection (1).
25     Section 2.  Charles B. Dailey Parkway designated;
26Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
27     (1)  That portion of the Haines Street Expressway between
28Jessie Street and Eighth Street in Duval County is designated as
29"Charles B. Dailey Parkway."
30     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
31suitable markers designating Charles B. Dailey Parkway as
32described in subsection (1).
33     Section 3.  Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway designated;
34Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
35     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between Finch Avenue
36and Redpoll Avenue in Duval County is designated as "Johnnie Mae
37Chappell Parkway."
38     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
39suitable markers designating Johnnie Mae Chappell Parkway as
40described in subsection (1).
41     Section 4.  Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway designated;
42Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
43     (1)  That portion of Interstate Highway 4 in the vicinity
44of mile marker 123 in Volusia County is designated as "Trooper
45Darryl Haywood Highway."
46     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
47suitable markers designating Trooper Darryl Haywood Highway as
48described in subsection (1).
49     Section 5.  Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway designated;
50Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
51     (1)  That portion of International Speedway Boulevard
52between Nova Road and Beach Street in Volusia County is
53designated as "Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway."
54     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
55suitable markers designating Charles W. Cherry, Sr., Parkway as
56described in subsection (1).
57     Section 6.  David Hinson Parkway designated; Department of
58Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
59     (1)  That portion of Nova Road between International
60Speedway Boulevard and George W. Ingram Boulevard in Volusia
61County is designated as "David Hinson Parkway."
62     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
63suitable markers designating David Hinson Parkway as described
64in subsection (1).
65     Section 7.  Officer Robert F. Grim, Sr., Parkway
66designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
67markers.--
68     (1)  That portion of Nova Road in the vicinity of Granada
69Boulevard in Volusia County is designated as "Officer Robert F.
70Grim, Sr., Parkway."
71     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
72suitable markers designating Officer Robert F. Grim, Sr.,
73Parkway as described in subsection (1).
74     Section 8.  Dr. John M. Haile Memorial Boulevard
75designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
76markers.--
77     (1)  That portion of East Silver Springs Boulevard, State
78Road 40, between East 11th Avenue and East 16th Avenue in the
79City of Ocala in Marion County is designated as "Dr. John M.
80Haile Memorial Boulevard."
81     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
82suitable markers designating Dr. John M. Haile Memorial
83Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
84     Section 9.  Osun's Village designated; Department of
85Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
86     (1)  That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 54th
87Street and N.W. 60th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated
88as "Osun's Village."
89     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
90suitable markers designating Osun's Village as described in
91subsection (1).
92     Section 10.  African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor
93designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
94markers.--
95     (1)  That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 36th
96Street and N.W. 79th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated
97as "African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor."
98     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
99suitable markers designating African Caribbean Cultural Arts
100Corridor as described in subsection (1).
101     Section 11.  Ralph C. Carter Parkway designated; Department
102of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
103     (1)  That portion of State Park Road at the entrance to the
104Falling Waters State Recreational Area between Joiner Road and
105Falling Waters Road in the City of Chipley in Washington County
106is designated as "Ralph C. Carter Parkway."
107     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
108suitable markers designating Ralph C. Carter Parkway as
109described in subsection (1).
110     Section 12.  Henry Koerber Parkway designated; Department
111of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
112     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 90 between Davis Lane and
113Old Airport Road in the City of DeFuniak Springs in Walton
114County is designated as "Henry Koerber Parkway."
115     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
116suitable markers designating Henry Koerber Parkway as described
117in subsection (1).
118     Section 13.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
