12 (Saunders) recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, line 23 and 24, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 Section 2. The sums of $401,098 from the General
19 Revenue Fund and $593,058 from the Medical Care Trust Fund are
20 appropriated to the Agency for Health Care Administration for
21 the purpose of implementing this act during the 2005-2006
22 fiscal year.
23 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
24 law.
