14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 1, lines 29-31, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  in by the public and shall also publish the rules
18  and regulations in all advertising copy used in connection
19  therewith. However, the operator of a game promotion may
20  publish only the material terms of the rules and regulations
21  if the operator provides in all advertising copy a webpage
22  address, a toll-free telephone number or a mailing address
23  where the full rules and regulations may be viewed or heard
24  for the full duration of the game promotion. The disclaimer
25  text used in the advertising copy must be legible. Radio and
26  television announcements may
