14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 60, lines 27 - 31, delete those lines

17  and insert:  urge the United States Congress to consider
18  adequate protections for small businesses engaging in both
19  offline and online transactions from added costs,
20  administrative burdens and requirements imposed on
21  intermediaries relating to the collection and remittance of
22  sales and use tax.
