15 On page 9, between lines 25 and 26,

17 insert:
18 Section 3. Subsection (6) of section 212.0306, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 212.0306 Local option food and beverage tax; procedure
21 for levying; authorized uses; administration.--
22 (6) Any county levying a tax authorized by this
23 section must locally administer the tax using the powers and
24 duties enumerated for local administration of the tourist
25 development tax by s. 125.0104, 1992 Supplement to the Florida
26 Statutes 1991. The county's ordinance shall also provide for
27 brackets applicable to taxable transactions.
