  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to prescribed drugs covered by

  3         Medicaid; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise laws relating to prescribed drugs

  5         covered under the Medicaid program; providing

  6         an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to prescribed drugs covered under the Medicaid

12  program.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
