  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to institutional care provided

  3         by Medicaid; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to revise laws relating to asset considerations

  5         for eligibility to receive institutional care

  6         under the Medicaid program; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

12  relating to asset considerations for institutional care

13  program eligibility under the Medicaid program.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
