15 On page 68, between lines 1 and 2,

17 insert:
18 Section 4. Section 409.9062, Florida Statutes, is
19 amended to read:
20 409.9062 Lung transplant services for Medicaid
21 recipients.--Subject to the availability of funds and subject
22 to any limitations or directions provided for in the General
23 Appropriations Act or chapter 216, the Agency for Health Care
24 Administration Medicaid program shall pay for medically
25 necessary lung transplant services for Medicaid recipients.
26 These payments must be used to reimburse approved lung
27 transplant facilities a global fee for providing lung
28 transplant services to Medicaid recipients.
29 Section 5. The sums of $401,098 from the General
30 Revenue Fund and $593,058 from the Medical Care Trust Fund are
31 appropriated to the Agency for Health Care Administration for
