| 4 | Between line(s) 247 and 248, insert: |
| 5 | 1. Mandatory and optional services as delineated in ss. |
| 6 | 409.905 and 409.906, Florida Statutes, may vary in amount, |
| 7 | duration, and scope based on actuarial analysis and |
| 8 | determination of service utilization among a categorical or |
| 9 | predetermined risk group served by the plan. |
| 10 | 2. A plan shall provide all mandatory and optional |
| 11 | services as delineated in ss. 409.905 and 409.906, Florida |
| 12 | Statutes, to a level of amount, duration, and scope based on the |
| 13 | actuarial analysis and corresponding capitation rate. |
| 14 | Contractual stipulations for each risk or categorical group |
| 15 | shall not vary among plans. |
| 16 | 3. A plan shall be at risk for all services as defined in |
| 17 | this section needed by a recipient up to a monetary catastrophic |
| 18 | threshold pursuant to this section. |
| 19 | 4. Catastrophic coverage pursuant to this section shall |
| 20 | not release the plan from continued care management of the |
| 21 | recipient and providing other services as stipulated in the |
| 22 | contract with the agency. |
