| 10 | list established pursuant to subsection (5). For purposes of |
| 11 | this section, postsecondary educational institutions include |
| 12 | school district career centers that offer postsecondary |

| 15 | certificates, or degrees that the institution will award using |
| 16 | funds received pursuant to this section and the fields in which |
