15         On page 69, lines 7-11, delete those lines

17  and insert:  listed in subsection (5) as determined jointly by
18  the school's staff and school advisory council. If school
19  staff and the school advisory council cannot reach agreement
20  by November 1, the awards must be equally distributed to all
21  classroom teachers currently teaching in the school.
