  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to motor vehicle registration;

  3         amending s. 320.02, F.S.; requiring motor

  4         vehicle registration and renewal forms to

  5         provide for a voluntary contribution to the

  6         Florida National Guard Foundation; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Subsection (19) is added to section 320.02,

12  Florida Statutes, to read:

13         320.02  Registration required; application for

14  registration; forms.--

15         (19)  Notwithstanding s. 320.023, the application form

16  for motor vehicle registration and renewal of registration

17  must include language permitting a voluntary contribution of

18  $2 per applicant to the Florida National Guard Foundation.

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
