14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 3, line 27, delete that line

17  and insert:  millage rate authorized by this section. Such
18  approval shall be obtained by submitting the question to a
19  referendum of the qualified electors in the county. The
20  referendum shall be held in conjunction with the next
21  regularly scheduled general election, in accordance with s.
