11 The Committee on Domestic Security (Campbell) recommended the
12 following amendment:

15 On page 1, lines 15-25, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 (a) Up to 20 sheets of 3/4-inch plywood to use as
19 storm shutters as provided in the American Red Cross brochure
20 entitled "Against the Wind - Protecting Your Home From
21 Hurricane Wind Damage," ARC 5023, per day, sufficient paint to
22 paint the plywood, and any hardware used to attach such
23 plywood to a structure.
24 (b) Any portable self-powered light source, and the
25 power supply for such source, having a total selling price of
26 $100 or less.
27 (c) Any portable NOAA weather radio, and the power
28 supply for such radio, having a total selling price of $100 or
29 less.
30 (d) Any other item of tangible personal property
31 specified in the American Red Cross brochure entitled "Your

1 Family Disaster Supplies Kit," ARC 4463, selling for $100 or
2 less related to advance preparations to secure a business or
