15         On page 2, line 3, after the period

17  insert: This subsection is effective only if the federal
18  government provides tax exempt status to a hurricane savings
19  account, disaster savings account, or other similar account
20  created for the purpose of covering an insurance deductible or
21  other uninsured portion of the risks of loss from a hurricane,
22  rising floodwaters, or other catastrophic windstorm event.
