11  The Committee on Judiciary (Campbell) recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 3, line 12, after the words "account
16  beneficiary."

18  insert:  
19         (4)  Moneys paid into or out of, the assets of, and the
20  income of any hurricane savings account established by an
21  insurance policyholder for residential property in this state
22  equal to twice the deductible sum of such insurance to cover
23  an insurance deductible or other uninsured portion of the
24  risks of loss from a hurricane, rising floodwaters, or other
25  catastrophic windstorm event are not liable to attachment,
26  levy, garnishment, or legal process in this state in favor of
27  any creditor of or claimant against any account participant,
28  purchaser, owner or contributor, or account beneficiary. As
29  used in this subsection, the term "hurricane savings account"
30  means an account established by the owner of residential real
31  estate in this state who specifies that the purpose of the
