11  The Committee on Health Care (Fasano) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 3, line 1 through 10, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  requirements of the Florida Building Code. The
18  commission shall review all alternatives that could be made
19  available to those hospitals when renovation is not
20  financially practicable or structurally feasible. The
21  commission shall review existing laws and agency regulations
22  and recommend needed changes to address these issues.
