11  The Committee on Education Appropriations (Wise) recommended
12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 14, lines 25 through 28, delete all of said
16  lines

18  and insert:  for grades 9 through 12 by a district school
19  board.  Dual enrollment instruction of high school students
20  provided at a postsecondary institution which is eligible for
21  high school and postsecondary credit shall be reported by the
22  school district in an amount equal to the hours of instruction
23  that would be necessary to earn the FTE and the funding for
24  the equivalent course if it were taught in the school
