175Research and Containment Laboratory Building in Ft. Pierce is
176designated as the "Norman C. Hayslip Biological Control Research
177and Containment Laboratory."
178     (2)  The University of Florida/IFAS is directed to erect
179suitable markers designating the Norman C. Hayslip Biological
180Control Research and Containment Laboratory as described in
181subsection (1).
182     Section 22.  H. William Heller Hall designated; University
183of South Florida St. Petersburg to erect suitable
184markers.--Effective upon the effective date of the retirement or
185resignation of H. William Heller from, or the termination of his
186employment with, the University of South Florida St. Petersburg:
187     (1)  Coquina Hall, on the campus of the University of South
188Florida St. Petersburg, is designated as the "H. William Heller
189Hall."
190     (2)  The University of South Florida St. Petersburg is
191directed to erect suitable markers and signs designating the H.
192William Heller Hall as described in subsection (1).
193     Section 23.  John S. Curran, M.D., Children's Health Center
194designated; University of South Florida to erect suitable
195markers.--Effective upon the effective date of the retirement or
196resignation of John S. Curran from, or the termination of his
197employment with, the University of South Florida:
198     (1)  Notwithstanding section 267.062, Florida Statutes, the
199building located at the University of South Florida which will
200house the Children's Medical Services of the Department of
201Health is designated as the "John S. Curran, M.D., Children's
202Health Center."
203     (2)  The University of South Florida is directed to erect
204suitable markers designating the John S. Curran, M.D.,
205Children's Health Center as described in subsection (1).
206     Section 24.  Section 15.052, Florida Statutes, is created
207to read:
208     15.052  Official state maritime museum.--
209     (1)  The State of Florida Maritime Museum and Research
210Center, to be built in the City of Pensacola, is designated as
211the official state maritime museum.
212     (2)  This section shall stand repealed on July 1, 2015,
213unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the
214Legislature.
215     Section 25.  Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum
216designated; Florida International University to erect suitable
217markers.--
218     (1)  The art museum on the campus of Florida International
219University, University Park Campus Miami, is designated as the
220"Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum."
221     (2)  The Florida International University is directed to
222erect suitable markers designating the Patricia and Phillip
223Frost Art Museum as described in subsection (1).
224     Section 26.  Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
225act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
