  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to citrus canker eradication;

  3         repealing s. 4 of ch. 2002-11, Laws of Florida;

  4         abrogating the repeal of s. 581.184(1)(b),

  5         F.S., which defines the term "exposed to

  6         infection" for purposes for eradicating citrus

  7         canker disease; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Section 4 of chapter 2002-11, Laws of

12  Florida, is repealed.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.

17                          SENATE SUMMARY

18    Abrogates the repeal, scheduled for July 1, 2005, of a
      definition describing citrus trees that are exposed to
19    infection from citrus canker bacteria.
