15 On page 6, between lines 1 and 2,

17 insert:
18 (c) The provisions of this subsection relating to
19 agricultural enclaves do not apply to any property located
20 within or contacting the boundary of any of the following
21 areas:
22 1. The Wekiva Study Area as described in s. 369.316;
23 2. The Everglades Protection Area, as defined in s.
24 373.4592(2); or
25 3. Any area of critical concern, as designated under
26 ss. 380.05-380.0555, that currently exists.
