12 Appropriations (Hill) recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 2, lines 5-10, delete those lines
16
17 and insert: the employee's active duty base pay, housing and
18 variable allowances, and subsistence allowance. The agency
19 shall develop a plan on or before October 1, 2005, subject to
20 the notice, review, and objection procedures of section
21 216.177, Florida Statutes, to administer the application and
22 payment procedures for the matching grant program. The Agency
23 for Workforce Innovation may not award any matching grants
24 before the plan is approved.
