11  Senator Geller moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 2, lines 12 and 13, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  prior to the approval of the plan.
17         Section 2.  There is appropriated the sum of $1,862,961
18  from the General Revenue Fund and two positions to the Agency
19  for Workforce Innovation for the purpose of implementing this
20  act.
21         Section 3.  A professional license issued in the state
22  to a member of the Florida National Guard or the United States
23  Armed Forces Reserves does not expire while the member is
24  serving on federal active duty and may be extended for up to
25  90 days after the member returns from federal active duty. To
26  qualify for the extension, the member must present to the
27  authority issuing the license a copy of the member's official
28  military orders or a written verification from the member's
29  commanding officer before the end of the 90-day period. A
30  member whose license is renewed during such 90-day period is
31  responsible only for the fees or activities normally related

 1  to renewal of the license and may not be charged additional
 2  costs such as, but not limited to, late fees or delinquency
 3  fees.

11         On page 1, lines 15 and 16, delete those lines

14         providing an appropriation; prohibiting
15         expiration of a professional licensed issued in
16         this state and held by a member of certain
17         federal armed services while the member is on
18         federal active duty; requiring, under certain
19         conditions, an extension of such license for up
20         to 90 days after the member returns from such
21         duty; limiting license-renewal charges to such
22         a member when such a license is renewed within
23         the 90-day period;providing an
