11 Senator Geller moved the following amendment:

14 On page 2, lines 12 and 13, delete those lines
15
16 and insert: prior to the approval of the plan.
17 Section 2. The sum of $1,862,961 is appropriated from
18 the General Revenue Fund to the Agency for Workforce
19 Innovation for the purpose of funding two positions to
20 implement this act.
21 Section 3. A professional license issued in the state
22 to a member of the Florida National Guard or the United States
23 Armed Forces Reserves does not expire while the member is
24 serving on federal active duty and may be extended for up to
25 90 days after the member returns from federal active duty. To
26 qualify for the extension, the member must present to the
27 authority issuing the license a copy of the member's official
28 military orders or a written verification from the member's
29 commanding officer before the end of the 90-day period. A
30 member whose license is renewed during such 90-day period is
31 responsible only for the fees or activities normally related

1 to renewal of the license and may not be charged additional
2 costs such as, but not limited to, late fees or delinquency
3 fees.

19 conditions, an extension of such license for up
20 to 90 days after the member returns from such
21 duty; limiting license-renewal charges to such
22 a member when such a license is renewed within
