15 On page 5, line 27, through
16 page 6, line 22, delete those lines

18 insert:
19 (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 212.20, 50 25
20 percent of the revenues collected from the tax collection
21 enforcement diversion program shall be deposited into the
22 operating account of the Florida Endowment Foundation for
23 Vocational Rehabilitation, to be used to administer implement
24 the personal care attendant pilot program and to contract with
25 the state attorneys participating in the tax collection
26 enforcement diversion program in an amount of not more than
27 $50,000 for each state attorney.
28 (2) The pilot program shall operate only from funds
29 deposited into the operating account of the Florida Endowment
30 Foundation for Vocational Rehabilitation. The Florida
31 Endowment Foundation for Vocational Rehabilitation shall

1 select the entity to administer the personal care attendant
2 program.
3 (3) The Revenue Estimating Conference shall annually
4 project the amount of funds expected to be generated from the
5 tax collection enforcement diversion program.
6 (4) For the 2004-2005 fiscal year only and
7 notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), 50 percent
8 of the revenues collected from the tax collection enforcement
9 diversion program shall be deposited into the operating
10 account of the Florida Endowment Foundation for Vocational
11 Rehabilitation, to be used to implement the personal care
12 attendant pilot program and to contract with the state
13 attorneys participating in the tax collection enforcement
14 diversion program in an amount of not more than $50,000 for
15 each state attorney. This subsection expires July 1, 2005.
