  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating Nova Road (State Road 5A) from

  4         Granada Boulevard to U.S. 1 in Volusia County

  5         as the "Robert F. Grim, Sr., Memorial Parkway";

  6         directing the Department of Transportation to

  7         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  8         date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  Robert F. Grim, Sr., Memorial Parkway

13  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

14  markers.--

15         (1)  The portion of Nova Road in Volusia County between

16  Granada Boulevard and U.S. Highway 1 is designated as the

17  "Robert F. Grim, Sr., Memorial Parkway."

18         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

19  erect suitable markers designating the Robert F. Grim, Sr.,

20  Memorial Parkway as described in subsection (1).

21         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
