  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the judiciary; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact laws relating

  4         to the judiciary; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7  

  8         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

  9  relating to the judicial branch of state government.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.
