12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 4, lines 12-15, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 (l) "State officer" means any constitutional state
19 officer, any constitutional county officer pursuant to s.
20 1(d), Art. VIII of the State Constitution, any elected state
21 officer paid by state warrant, or any appointed state officer
22 who is commissioned by the Governor and who is paid by state
23 warrant.
