15         On page 58, lines 15-19, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (a)  To develop and recommend a system to deliver all
19  mandatory services specified in s. 409.905 and optional
20  services specified in s. 409.906, as approved by the Centers
21  for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Legislature in the
22  waiver pursuant to this section. Services to recipients under
23  plan benefits shall include emergency services provided under
24  s. 409.9128.
