14         On page 1, lines 20-23, delete those lines

16  and insert:  whichever is later, the tax collector shall
17  advertise once at least 21 days prior to a sale for
18  nonhomestead property and once each week for 3 weeks for
19  homestead property and shall sell tax certificates on all real
