14 On page 24, between lines 19 and 20,

16 insert:
17 Section 7. Paragraph (b) of subsection (7) of section
18 163.3175, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 163.3175 Legislative findings on compatibility of
20 development with military installations; exchange of
21 information between local governments and military
22 installations.--
23 (7) As used in this section, the term:
24 (b) "Military installation" means a base, camp, post,
25 station, airfield, yard, center, home port facility for any
26 ship, or other land area under the jurisdiction of the
27 Department of Defense, including any leased facility. Such
28 term does not include any facility used primarily for civil
29 works, rivers and harbors projects, or flood control projects,
30 or other projects or military posts, as defined in chapter
31 250, which are not under the primary jurisdiction or control
