15 On page 17, between lines 19 and 20,

17 insert:
18 (2) If the area to be annexed includes a privately
19 owned solid waste disposal facility as defined in s.
20 403.703(11) which receives municipal solid waste collected
21 within the jurisdiction of multiple local governments, the
22 annexing municipality must set forth in its plan the impacts
23 that the annexation of the solid waste disposal facility will
24 have on the other local governments. The plan must also
25 indicate that the owner of the affected solid waste disposal
26 facility has been contacted in writing concerning the
27 annexation, that an agreement between the annexing
28 municipality and the solid waste disposal facility to govern
29 the operations of the solid waste disposal facility if the
30 annexation occurs has been approved, and that the owner of the
31 solid waste disposal facility does not object to the proposed
