15 On page 3, line 18, after the period,

17 insert: The board may require licensees and applicants for
18 licensure to provide a copy of the record of the trial of any
19 medical malpractice judgment, which may be required to be in
20 an electronic format, involving an incident that occurred on
21 or after November 3, 2004.
