15         On page 1, line 27, delete that line

17  and insert:  circumventing this law.  An independent
18  contractor may not advertise in any way that implies that he
19  or she is a veterinarian.  In the advertising it must also
20  contain a statement that he or she is not a veterinarian and
21  has no veterinary medical training.  In addition, a horse
22  owner may engage
