11  The Committee on Environmental Preservation (Smith)
12  recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, lines 3 through 24, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (a)  Provide to the purchaser an affidavit, or a survey
19  meeting the requirements of chapter 472, delineating the
20  location of the coastal construction control line on the
21  property being transferred.
22         (b)  Provide to the purchaser an affidavit stating:
23         1.  that the real property being transferred may be
24  subject to coastal erosion and to federal, state, or local
25  laws that regulate coastal property;
26         2.  that the Department of Environmental Protection has
27  designated areas of the coastline as critically eroding, that
28  critical erosion may prove hazardous to coastal structures,
29  and that information about whether the property being
30  transferred is located in an area that has been designated as
31  critically eroding can be obtained by contacting the
