14         On page 33, line 25, after the period

16  insert:  However, a recipient who is assigned to a capitated
17  managed care plan that does not include the recipient's
18  current primary or specialty care provider in its network may
19  disenroll from such assigned plan and enroll in another
20  capitated managed care plan that includes such provider.
