11  The Committee on Health Care (Saunders) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 8, lines 12-22, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  in subparagraph 8., and except in areas where the
18  Medicaid managed care pilot program is authorized pursuant to
19  s. 409.91211, the agency shall seek federal approval to
20  contract with a single entity, by county, meeting these
21  requirements to provide comprehensive behavioral health care
22  services to all Medicaid recipients not enrolled in a Medicaid
23  managed care plan authorized under s. 409.91211 or a Medicaid
24  health maintenance organization in an AHCA area. In an AHCA
25  area where the Medicaid managed care pilot program is
26  authorized pursuant to s. 409.91211 in one or more counties,
27  the agency may procure a contract with a single entity, by
28  county, to serve the remaining counties
