15 On page 36, line 27, before the period,

17 insert: and shall adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and
18 120.54 to administer the following provisions of the managed
19 care pilot program:
20 (a) The risk-adjusted capitation rates under paragraph
21 (3)(d);
22 (b) A mechanism for providing information to Medicaid
23 recipients under paragraph (3)(i); and
24 (c) A choice-counseling system under paragraphs
25 (3)(k), (3)(l), and (3)(m).
