11  The Committee on Health Care (Miller) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 17, line 24-30, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (a)  To implement develop and recommend a system to
19  deliver all health care mandatory services specified in ss. s.
20  409.905 and optional services specified in s. 409.906, which
21  may not vary in amount, duration, or scope beyond what is
22  allowed in current managed care contracts in the form of
23  capitated managed care networks under the Medicaid program as
24  approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and
25  the Legislature in the waiver pursuant to this section.
26  Services to recipients under plan benefits shall include
27  emergency services provided under s. 409.9128.
