14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 19, lines 19-27, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:

19  adequacy of access to health care providers. It is the intent
20  of the Legislature that, to the extent possible, Any pilot
21  program authorized by the state under this section must
22  include any federally qualified health center, federally
23  qualified rural health clinic, county health department, the
24  Children's Medical Services Network within the Department of
25  Health, or other federally, state, or locally funded entity
26  that serves the geographic areas within the boundaries of the
