11  The Committee on Ways and Means (Campbell) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 42, between lines 14 and 15,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 7.  Exemption from a Medicaid capitated managed
19  care plan.--
20         (1)  Children receiving foster care services, including
21  residential group care, residential treatment, and therapeutic
22  foster care, are not required to enroll in a Medicaid
23  capitated managed care plan authorized under s. 409.91211,
24  Florida Statutes, and may continue to be covered on a
25  fee-for-service basis.
26         (2)  Persons participating in the independent living
27  program are not required to enroll in a Medicaid capitated
28  managed care plan authorized under s. 409.91211, Florida
29  Statutes, and may continue to be covered on a fee-for-service
30  basis.
