15         On page 16, line 25, delete that line

17  and insert:  slot machine revenues at each facility shall be
18  an amount equal to 55 percent of slot machine revenues less
19  any and all amounts paid by a slot licensee in purses, owners
20  and breeders awards, jai alai player salaries, prizes and
21  benefits, license fees, device fees, other regulatory costs
22  and fees imposed under this chapter, and any payments to
23  counties and municipalities based upon a percentage of slot
24  machine revenues.
