15 On page 33, lines 22-31,

17 insert: Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association,
18 Inc., the Florida Standardbred Breeders' and Owners'
19 Association, the Florida Greyhound Association, Inc., and the
20 International Jai Alai Players Association governing the
21 payment of purses and awards on live races or games conducted
22 at the licensee's pari-mutuel facility. In addition, no slot
23 machine license or renewal thereof may be issued to such an
24 applicant unless the applicant has on file with the division a
25 binding written agreement between the applicant and the
26 Florida Thoroughbred Breeders' Association, Inc., governing
27 the payment of breeders', stallion, and special racing awards
28 on live thoroughbred races conducted at the licensee's
29 pari-mutuel facility, and a binding written agreement between
30 the applicant and the Florida Standardbred Breeders' and
31 Owners' Associations, the Florida Greyhound Association, Inc.,
