11  The Committee on Regulated Industries (Geller) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 42.., between lines 27 and 28,
16  
17  insert:  
18         (3)  The sums of $        in recurring and $       in
19  nonrecurring funds are hereby appropriated from the
20  Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund in the Department of Business
21  and Professional Regulation for transfer to the Office of the
22  State Attorney, 17th Judicial Circuit, for the purpose of
23  prosecution of offenses associated with gaming operations.
24  Ten full-time equivalent positions are authorized and the sums
25  of $        in recurring and $       in nonrecurring funds are
26  hereby appropriated from the Grants and Donations Trust Fund
27  in the Office of the State Attorney, 17th Judicial Circuit,
28  for the purpose of prosecution of offenses associated with
29  gaming operations.  The Executive Office of the Governor shall
30  place these funds and positions in reserve until such time as
31  the Office of the State Attorney, 17th Judicial Circuit,
