14         On page 12, line 6, following the period
15  
16  insert:  Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, prior
17  approval is not required under this section with respect to an
18  equity interest or securities of a corporate owner of a slot
19  machine licensee that has its securities registered pursuant
20  to s. 12 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C.
21  ss. 78a-78kk, if such corporation or entity files with the
22  United States Securities and Exchange Commission required by
23  s. 13 of that act or if the securities of the corporation or
24  entity are regularly traded on an established securities
25  market in the United States.
